2. Purpose and scope
These terms apply to website design, development and launch services ordered from Bien En Ligne. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms. If an accepted quote contains specific terms that conflict with this document, the terms of the quote take precedence.
3. 300 € package
The standard package includes a custom responsive brochure website, its launch and one round of revisions after the first presentation. The price is a one-off payment of 300 €, provided the requirements fall within the scope agreed before the order.
Domain names, ongoing support, extensive copywriting, licences or media purchases, online payments, complex booking systems, customer areas and bespoke development are not included unless expressly stated in the quote.
4. Quote and formation of the order
After reviewing the requirements, Bien En Ligne confirms the scope, price, any additional charges, payment terms and estimated delivery time in writing. The order becomes binding once these terms have been accepted in writing and, where applicable, the deposit stated in the quote has been paid.
5. Timescales and client cooperation
The indicative three-working-day timescale begins once all required materials have been received: text, images, logo, contact details, technical access and approved instructions. Late delivery, new requests or delayed responses from the client will extend the schedule accordingly.
The client warrants that they hold all necessary rights to the content they provide and remains responsible for its accuracy, legality and updating.
6. Approval and changes
One revision request consistent with the original scope is included. A substantial request, a new feature or a change made after approval may require an additional quote. Launching the website constitutes approval of the delivered version, subject to the correction of reported defects.
7. Price and payment
Applicable prices and taxes are stated in the quote and invoice. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule. Where a business client pays late, statutory penalties and the fixed €40 recovery fee may be charged in accordance with French law.
8. Domain name, hosting and third-party services
Unless otherwise stated, domain name, hosting and third-party service fees remain the client’s responsibility. Bien En Ligne is not liable for outages, price changes or service changes made by those providers, but will assist with the configuration included in the quote.
9. Intellectual property
Once payment has been made in full, the client receives the usage rights required to operate the delivered website within the limits stated in the quote. Generic tools, components, expertise, libraries, fonts and third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and licences. Content supplied by the client remains their property.
10. Right of withdrawal
Where the client is a consumer entering into a distance contract, they normally have fourteen days to withdraw. If they expressly ask for work to begin before that period ends, they remain liable for the work completed up to the date of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed with the client’s prior agreement and express waiver.
11. Liability
Bien En Ligne undertakes to provide the service with reasonable care. It cannot be held liable for damage arising from content supplied by the client, a third-party service, access that was not provided, misuse or a force majeure event. The client remains responsible for the notices, permissions and obligations specific to their activity.
12. Personal data
Data required to manage enquiries and orders is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
13. Complaints and mediation
Any complaint should first be sent to contact@bienenligne.fr. If no amicable agreement can be reached, consumer clients may contact the following mediator free of charge:

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. The parties will seek an amicable solution before taking legal action. Failing this, the applicable statutory rules on jurisdiction will apply.
